Role: Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)
Salary: EUR 95,000-115,000 OTE (70/30) +8% Dutch holiday
Location: Remote (an Office in Haarlem)
Territory: EMEA

Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast and fulfil the Sales Quota
- Seize upselling opportunities
- Own the customer's lifetime relationship with the company
- Pinpoint the customer's needs, goals, and objectives to help assist them
- Work in interdisciplinary teams (Account Executives, Customer Care, Product, Leadership)
- Develop strategic account plans for each customer
- Maintain the information within Salesforce
- Ensure that contracts are accurate by working alongside the Finance and Legal teams
Profile:
- English speaker (German is a bonus)
- EU working permit
- Account Management or Customer Success experience (2+ years)
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Team player
- Experienced with working in matrixed organizations
- Proven track record of successful client management
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
- Experience with PLM, Application Lifecycle Management, or Requirements Management
- Experience in the OEM industry is a bonus
