A dynamic start-up is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to provide mentorship, planning and oversight while demonstrating technical best practices for their clients. The Customer Success Manager is essential in building relationships and strategic partnerships while maximizing value from their investment in the company's product/service. As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Be Creative and adaptable: Build client support from the ground up or on case-by-case basis.
- Work with clients to build Customer Success Plans, establish critical goals, and to aid the customer in achieving their objectives.
- Understand a client's team structure and collaborate with them to contribute into expansion opportunities.
- Become a trusted, strategic advisor with clients and drive continued value of our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good technical skills coupled with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
- Experience working in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS as a CSM
- Experience in developing and implementing KPI systems that are feasible and can effectively measure performance for the client.
- Experience navigating and steering customer engagements to completion with a high level of customer happiness.
