One of Gartners leading CDN providers is expanding its footprint in the cyber security domain and heavily invests in the DACH region. We are on the search for a Regional Sales Team Lead reporting directly into the Head Of Sales DACH.
What you will do
- Meet or exceed quarterly team revenue goals
- Manage contract negotiations and Salesforce reports
- Manage, coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Set strategic direction in sales organization and support sales reps managing deals from first contact to close
- Working on continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
Examples of desired skills, knowledge and qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a sales team leader or manager
- A proven track record of success in the Sales quota exceeded in DACH
- Experience directly managing a complex pipeline , large deals
- Deep understanding of sales processes
- Exceptional work ethic (Commitment, Productivity, Cooperation, Integrity, Discipline, Teamwork, Professionalism, Respect, Purposefulness)
- Fluent German and English
