A market leading IT Services provider is looking for a Sales professional to take over their biggest Telco account and drive client relationships to success!
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationship
- Resolve customer concerns and requests efficiently
- Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets
- Monitor client satisfaction and update strategies when necessary
- Create business proposals for clients and management
- Negotiate new business contracts with clients
- Offer product and service consultations for clients
- Encourage sales among current and new clients
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Fluent in English
- Existing network in Telco sector
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
