As ​a Partner Channel Manager (m/f/d) you will take on tasks in the areas of Partner Development, Channel and Stakeholder Management in the Partner Management Team. You will define dedicated strategies and business metrics in collaboration with our partners and work with strong ownership to implement your plans. You will also drive new ideas to further develop, including beyond traditional IT sales models.
This role is about being THE specialist for the Industrial Software Solution for the whole Scandinavia region. You don't have to be an expert in this Channel and Partner Management as you will learn and grow with your team and your account to become an expert.
Your role:
* Building sustainable relationships with key people and multipliers within partner organizations
* Establishing and continuously developing sales channels by planning appropriate measures and empowering relevant stakeholders
* Developing and implementing common business processes and establishing common KPIs and milestones in the context of successful partner models

* Monitoring and accountability for success metrics such as revenue, new customer growth, and partner engagement * Identifying market opportunities and working with partners to develop successful go-to-market strategies
* Consistent implementation of the corporate strategy in the partner area, development of sustainable strategic goals and generation of profitable sales volumes in dedicated partner accounts
Your profile:
* Completed business or technical studies/ degree, alternatively a similar qualification
* 3-5 years of experience in complex solution sales, enterprise level is an advantage (direct sales background is very welcome)
* Good understanding of lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and IIoT, ideally in the context of complex software solutions and B2B sales
* Deep understanding and interest in cloud technologies and new business models regarding digital platforms and ecosystems
* Market and customer knowledge in the area of industrial production (discrete manufacturing) an advantage
* Independent, agile, performance-oriented and self-reliant way of working
* Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, creativity as well as self-motivation
* Local language (Scandinavia) and business level English skills, both written and spoken, other foreign languages are an advantage
