A long-standing Extended and Augmented Reality Solutions company who has recently moved into the Benelux region is looking to expand their Dutch sales team by 1 (for now) to help increase their market standing. This company delivers solutions in Extended Reality, IoT, connectivity, and 4G/5G technologies and provide services from design, to building, to managing the solution. Their vendors comprise of the top tier Telecommunications and Connectivity companies to give their customers the best solution possible.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible growing the current client portfolio, as well as managing some current accounts in the region.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
- Analyzing market trends and exploring business opportunities
- Owning the full sales cycle
- Representing the company at various in-person events like conferences and online events
- Providing accurate sales forecasting and managing the sales pipeline to achieve and over-achieve targets
- Work in cohesion with the Technical Sales, Representatives, Marketing Teams, and Vendors
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales (Immersive Tech., IoT, AR/VR/XR, Telecommunications, Networking/Connectivity)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience selling into the Industrial/Manufacturing or OEM vertical
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Travel availability up to 40%
- Experience selling to the C-level
