As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible of driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Development of business opportunities in Europe with a focus on the DACH region
- Achieving defined sales goals
- Building a business network and positioning the company as a preferred Microsoft Business Unit (MBU) provider with strong automation capabilities
- Taking on the role of intermediary in the end-to-end sales process for all qualified opportunities
- Function as the center of all communication and sales activities with interested parties and customers
- Close cooperation with the various departments, such as Sales & Solutions
- Cultivate knowledge of the MBU market and search for new markets and areas for product growth
Skills and experience required:
- Completed university studies
- Experience with MBU services in large and medium-sized companies
- Strong communication and presentation skills at C and C-1 level
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Open to work in international and virtual teams
- Goal- and team-oriented personality
- Fluent in German and English
- Europe-wide willingness to travel
