Title: Backend Software Engineering Lead
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA OR Seattle, WA (Hybrid 2-3 days)
Compensation: $200,000-$330,000 Base + Bonus + Equity
We're currently working with a leading social media company currently valued at over $220B looking for experienced Backend Engineers to join their Global E-commerce team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide tech leadership and mentor junior team members
- Lead system design across multiple teams and functions
- Build an intuitive ecommerce experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
- Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend applications
- 1+ years of leading a team
- Go, Javascript, Java, C++
- Large-scale website architecture experience
