Customer Details
- Our customer is a leading Digital Services Provider who are supporting an end customer in their Move to Cloud, the project has been outsourced as the end customer looks to build out their Azure Landing Zone.
- Due to a lack of internal skills the customer is looking to the freelance market to find the best talent !
- The customer offers a great opportunity for a long-term engagement. Given the nature of their business, they are at any one point supporting over 15 customers on similar projects.
- Glocomms support this customer in multiple areas of their business and have been responsible for project critical hires in the past.
Job Details
Azure Cloud Architect
- Primary Responsibilities include : Participating in the definition of technical architecture, collaborating with mid-tier management including the networking team, proposing new concepts to customers, implementing long-term strategies for IT teams, supporting customers with Move to Cloud.
- Tech Stack : DevSecOps, Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Windows Server
- Working alongside a large team of Architect's, Engineers and Consultants to ensure project delivery.
- Great opportunity to work with this end customer but to work on other accounts when this project finishes.
- No specific certifications are required, but any related to containers, DevOps or Azure will be hugely beneficial in supporting your application.
